Project managing
From our experience we know that for the successful solution it is necessary to pay attention to all phases of the project. In each of the parts we concentrate on the most important aspect and thank that you can trust the results.
1. Utilization
Practical utilization of results is the most important criterion according to which we evaluate success of our work. The money invested in research, which is not utilizable in particular situation and for particular client‘s needs, are wasted money. Many researchers are concentrating on methods or analysis, but often forget the object and goals of the research and who will the results work with. It’s necessary to thing the utilization already at the beginning of the project.
Therefore we insist upon:
- understanding the client‘s business
- getting know the needs of client
- specifying the research goals and objects
- cooperation with the client in the course of the whole project
- data interpretation and recommendations with regard to the results usage
2. Proposal of suitable research design
Deliberately we do not speak only about questionary creation. This phase involves using suitable methodology according to research objects and individual clients needs. There are many ways, how to get the information. Each has own pro and contra. Each demands specific processes.
3. Data collection
We offer both qualitative as quantitative methodology. With own resources we are conducting smaller and middle large projects. For large project we cooperate with reliable partners.
4. Data analyse
Exactness of analyse is necessity. Beside accuracy of calculation we notice other aspect as the depth of analyse. The key aspect is well balanced level of details. Superficial results are one extreme, too detailed another. Both extremes reduce the usability of results.
5. Final study
The final study is well balanced, that means, we do not deliver only charts or graphs, but also not only rigorous text.
By writing the study we focus on:
- clear structure of the study
- balanced amount of charts, graph and texts
- readability and clearness of the text
- well done summary
- finding context and opportunities, which the client would help carry out own goals
6. Interpretation and recommendation
Data can be interesting, but without connection with others information they unfortunately remain only interesting. Finding solution and practical usability of results belong to our main goals. The research results are interpreted in the context. We draw consequences and apply them to client’s company. But we do not finish with identification of impacts. Our studies contain particular recommendation, how optionally take the opportunities optionally and how solve the contingent problems. These recommendations are discussed with client at the presentation.
